By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 7777ja platform located at 7777ja.org (the "Platform"), you (the "Member" or "User") unconditionally accept and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Continued use of the Platform following any modification to these terms will constitute your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

To register and maintain an account on 7777ja, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

  1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
  2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
  3. You are not acting on behalf of any third party and are opening the account exclusively for your own personal use.
  4. You have not previously had an account on 7777ja closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
  5. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of 7777ja, nor are you a close family member of any such person.

During registration you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. 7777ja reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Age Verification: 7777ja operates a strict 21+ policy. We reserve the right to carry out age verification checks at any point and to suspend withdrawals pending the outcome of such checks.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Member is permitted to hold only one active account on the Platform. If 7777ja identifies that a Member holds more than one account, whether under the same name or different identities, all duplicate accounts will be closed immediately. Any funds in duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and any winnings generated through those accounts may be voided at 7777ja's sole discretion.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 7777ja will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

3.3 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any qualifying real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period. 7777ja reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe these Terms have been breached.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

7777ja accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Sonali Bank, and Islami Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳).

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and account tier and will be displayed at the time of transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to mobile wallet accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between 1 and 24 hours depending on the receiving institution. 7777ja reserves the right to delay any withdrawal for the purpose of identity verification, fraud screening, or compliance checks. Members will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to an extended review period.

4.4 Own-Name Payment Obligation

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. 7777ja will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any withdrawal will be processed exclusively to a payment method held in the same name as the registered 7777ja account. This policy exists to protect our Members against fraud and to comply with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

Currency: All account balances, deposits, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 7777ja does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional credits offered by 7777ja are subject to individual promotion terms that are published alongside each offer. Where a conflict exists between the general terms set out in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is clearly stated on the relevant promotion page. Wagering requirements must typically be completed within a defined period; failure to do so will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

7777ja reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings generated from them if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has attempted to abuse a promotion. Abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional terms rather than engage with the platform in good faith.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed bonuses will expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

6.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. 7777ja reserves the right to void bets placed on events that have been incorrectly priced due to a manifest error. Settlement of all cricket markets, including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals, will follow the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent).

6.2 Casino & Live Games

All casino games, including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games, are supplied by independently certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game operates under the rules published by the respective provider. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned to the Member's account.

6.3 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and market. Current limits are displayed within each game or betting market. 7777ja reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.

Please Note: Bets and game rounds that have been confirmed and accepted cannot be cancelled or reversed by the Member. Please review your selections carefully before confirming any wager.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7777ja Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

  • Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
  • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
  • Accessing or attempting to access another Member's account without authorisation.
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to place bets or play games without human interaction.
  • Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
  • Colluding with other players in any game or betting market.
  • Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Using a VPN, proxy, or other masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
  • Threatening, harassing, or abusing 7777ja staff or other Members.

All content on the 7777ja Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of 7777ja or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or use any content from the Platform for commercial purposes without obtaining prior written consent from 7777ja.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7777ja shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 7777ja has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty, express or implied. 7777ja does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You assume all risk associated with your use of the Platform.

In no event shall 7777ja's aggregate liability to any Member exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data as described in that policy. We take the security of your personal information seriously and apply industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect it.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably by contacting 7777ja support at [email protected]. All times referenced in dispute resolution communications are to be interpreted in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

If an amicable resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of the initial dispute notification, the parties may pursue resolution through any lawful means available under the applicable jurisdiction.

7777ja reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to notify registered Members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
